Ordinary batteries used in electric stackers should be replenished with water once a month, and other types of batteries should be replenished with distilled water regularly depending on the water consumption. For batteries that are not used temporarily, replenishment can be delayed for several months. After replenishing the battery with water, it should be replenished with an appropriate amount of electricity. If the liquid level of some batteries drops quickly and water is frequently replenished, check whether the limit voltage of the regulator on the vehicle is too high. If it is too high, overcharging will occur, water consumption will be large, and evaporation will be fast. This situation can be solved by adjusting the limit voltage. If some batteries drop quickly, check whether short circuit occurs. In addition, it is necessary to check whether there are cracks in the battery slot and whether the electrolyte is leaking. It is necessary to judge according to the actual situation before handling.
The battery of the electric transport truck is operating normally, and water can only be replenished, and electrolyte must not be added! If the battery of the electric stacker falls over and the electrolyte flows out, resulting in loss, the electrolyte can be replenished. The electrolyte of the electric forklift needs to be replenished according to the original electrolyte density. Sometimes the forklift cannot start, and many people think that it is caused by insufficient power storage.
